excellent stay
clean room comfortable bed useful tv
i found the room very clean and well-equipped. it included a dishwasher and a washing machine, which i appreciated. the bed was comfortable, and there was a tv with many channels (i think more than 200!).
the staff cleaned the room only once every three days.

The fitness center offers a selection of equipment for guest use. I noticed three treadmills and two stationary bikes available. the breakfast area is spacious and can seat approximately 50 people (maybe even more). there is also a self-service laundry room.

cold room parking problems
i had a less than stellar time. the room felt bit cold because heaters had a limit, and no matter how much i asked, they barely turned it up. there also was some problems with the parking, though we had paid for it. it wasnt the worst, but i expect a little more for the price i paid.

Adequate stay. Some cleanliness issues
subpar cleanliness sewage smell
the front desk clerk gave helpful directions and provided information on local attractions.
The cleanliness was subpar. I noticed fingerprints on surfaces. the bathroom smelled like sewage. there was also a fire alarm one morning. The cleaning staff disturbed me later despite the "do not disturb" sign.

Acceptable Stay with Service Issues

The room provided a washer and dryer, a feature I found quite useful.
I found the lack of daily towel service problematic. Requesting fresh towels was met with rude and unhelpful staff. This. A sum of £45 was also taken from my deposit without explanation.
